The problem

The gap between funded care and delivered care is widening.

Since Support at Home started on 1 November 2025, providers earn on care delivered, not care funded. In the March 2026 quarter, clients used only 62.2% of their budgets. Unspent funds above the rollover cap go back to government.

Residents miss out on care they were assessed for, and providers lose the revenue that pays for it.

What we do

One program, three services.

01

Assess

Registered OTs assess residents in their own village, from falls risk to assistive technology to home changes. We handle analysis, scheduling, records and reporting.

02

Monitor

A lightweight watch captures heart rate, steps, location and temperature every hour, with SOS and fall alerts. The Nerve Centre turns the readings into alerts and trends.

03

Optimise

We track each client's budget use through the quarter and keep classifications in line with real needs, so funding gets spent on care before it's lost.
